Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies across all project sites. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE management systems and procedures. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to site personnel and subcontractors. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures. Support the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation, including permits, records, and reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE best practices into project planning and execution. Participate in emergency response planning and drills, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees in safety initiatives and campaigns. Stay updated on relevant HSE legislation, standards, and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering. 0-2 years of experience in HSE roles within engineering, construction, or industrial environments. Familiarity with local and international HSE standards, regulations, and best practices. Strong observational and analytical skills to identify hazards and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Ability to conduct HSE training sessions and promote awareness among site personnel. Proficient in preparing clear and concise reports and documentation. Demonstrated commitment to upholding safety and environmental standards. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
