Qualifications Requirements Minimum 2 active Aramco approvals is mandatory Valid certifications in NEBOSH IOSH OSHA BLS and First Aid Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field Engineering or HSE Minimum 7 years 84 months of handson HSE experience in the oil gas or industrial sector Strong knowledge of Aramco HSE standards local regulations and international safety codes Experience in hazard identification risk assessment safety audits toolbox talks and emergency response planning Ability to maintain safety documentation and report incidents accurately Excellent communication leadership and training delivery skills
