SAR 17,000-18,000 + Benefits Responsibilities

Review and approve electrical engineering shop drawings, design submittals, and material proposals to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Collaborate with the project team in design reviews, workshops, value engineering, and optimization studies. Respond to contractor technical queries during design, tender, and execution stages. Provide input during tender evaluations for contractor selection. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications; prepare detailed inspection reports. Identify and address non-conformances promptly to maintain quality standards. Monitor progress against milestones, forecast risks, and recommend corrective actions. Support resolution of technical issues and manage change orders. Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems as part of project closeout. Coordinate preparation of O&M manuals, as-built documentation, and handover packages. Liaise with local authorities for data collection, permits, and approvals when required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years’+ experience, preferably in consultancy firm. Proficiency in ETAP or equivalent electrical calculation software. Strong knowledge of international and Saudi Arabian codes and standards. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Previous international Project & Design & Infrastructure experience is an advantage. Details
