Senior Application Consultant

Senior Application consultant will work in highly complex healthcare Sectorenvironments requiring a multi-product solutions as well as product integrationand custom solutions. Responsible for providing consultative and functionalsupport to Healthcare Sector customers and internal resources, as well as,utilizing the defined implementation process to meet the project milestones.

The prime responsibilitywill be the implementation of Health Matrix Products. Senior Application Consultantdelivers a service advising clients on how to use Health Matrix’s products inline with current best practice. Senior Application Consultant takes intoaccount the objectives and goals of the clients and advises them on how toconfigure and use Health Matrix’s products in order to meet these objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handling of the data gathering and collection phase in the implementations, and providing the consultancy part.
• Understand the project requirements, as well as, understand the user / customer requirements, the clinical requirements in particular.
• Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.
• Preparation of detailed analysis of business processes, including client interviews, current flow validation, and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points.
• System build and configuration (code tables, screens, and reports) and participate in system testing process.
• Provide a professional training delivery based on the training departments adopted delivery standard.
