Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging Cyber Security Trainer / Consultant to lead workshops, design training programs, and consult with clients on cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver interactive cybersecurity training sessions tailored to different audience levels (from end-users to IT / security professionals).

Develop course materials, labs, simulations, and practical exercises.

Conduct cybersecurity awareness programs and simulations (e.g., phishing tests, incident response workshops).

Provide consulting services on cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Assess client needs and recommend security solutions or improvements.

Stay current with emerging threats, tools, technologies, and global security standards.

Evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and / or training delivery.

Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, frameworks (NIST, ISO / IEC 27001, CIS Controls), and incident response practices.

Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.

Industry-recognized certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or similar.

Experience with both in-person and virtual training delivery platforms.

Language Multi-languages capability is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in risk assessment, penetration testing, and threat hunting is a plus.

Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, engaging lessons.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NCA, PCI-DSS).

Prior consulting experience with enterprises, public sector institutions, or SMEs.
