About the location : AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to diverse natural environments. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys (rooms and suites) as well as villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas. The property will include a luxury spa with an Organic Spa Garden and treatment experiences, and extensive wellness offerings.

About The Role

As a Head Therapist, you will lead the spa therapy team in delivering exceptional treatments and wellness experiences. You will ensure quality, consistency, and training across all therapies, while supporting smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise spa therapists, providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Perform high-quality spa treatments in line with luxury standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, treatment allocation, and guest preferences.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, cleanliness, and stock levels.
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.
  • Support the Spa Manager in ensuring standards, safety, and hygiene protocols are met.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a head spa therapist, including leadership.
  • Internationally recognized certification in massage / spa therapies.
  • In-depth knowledge of treatments, wellness products, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and guest-focused service.
