Job Summary

As Content & Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of creative content across Kitopi’s brands and marketing channels with a focus on Right Bite Meal plans, Kitopi from a consumer angle and the internal brand and reputation page. You’ll balance hands‑on creative direction with project and team management, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and business goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the planning, shooting, and editing of video and photography content across campaigns, social media, and aggregator platforms (product photography), ensuring high production quality.
• Lead the full production workflow, from concept development and storyboarding to execution and delivery, in line with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Partner with Creative head, Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams to ideate and deliver campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launch content.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and freelancers – providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Ensure effective management and maintenance of production equipment and resources, keeping operations seamless and efficient.
• Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; ensure creative assets are delivered on time and within scope.
• Review and track content performance, using analytics to optimize effectiveness and experiment with new formats.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven and emerging creative tools to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
