الوصف الوظيفي : نبحث عن مسوق / ة بالعمولة ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في نمو أعمالنا من خلال التسويق الرقمي الفعّال. سيكون دورك التركيز على زيادة المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف النمو عبر استراتيجيات التسويق بالعمولة.
المسؤوليات والمهام :
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق بالعمولة لمنتجات الشركة أو خدماتها.
إدارة شبكات الشركاء والمسوقين والتواصل معهم لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
متابعة وتحليل الأداء باستخدام أدوات التحليل الرقمية وتقارير المبيعات.
تحسين الحملات الإعلانية لزيادة التحويلات والمبيعات.
البحث عن شركاء تسويق جدد وفرص تعاون استراتيجية.
إنشاء محتوى تسويقي جذاب لدعم حملات الشركاء.
المتطلبات :
خبرة مثبتة في التسويق بالعمولة أو التسويق الرقمي (يفضل 2+ سنوات).
معرفة بأدوات التحليل مثل Google Analytics أو أي أدوات تتبع التحويلات.
قدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع الشركاء والعملاء.
مهارات تواصل قوية بالكتابة والتحدث.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
العرض : نظام العمل بالعمولة ( النسبة حسب الاتفاق).
فرصة للعمل عن بعد أو جزئي حسب الاتفاق.

ابتكار محتوى تسويقي داعم للحملات.
مهارة العمل المستقل وتحقيق الأهداف.
