Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on a monthly basis. Monitor budget and cash inflow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution. Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter / year. Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation and strategize. Motivate and manage site personnel. Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims. Contractual correspondence with client and consultants. Plan, estimate site infrastructure and ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia oil and gas cross country pipelines, including understanding of regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key players in the cross country pipeline business. Project management skills : plan, organize, and manage cross country pipeline projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Leadership and team management : lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives. Technical expertise : extensive knowledge of oil and gas cross country pipeline businesses and latest industry technologies. Stakeholder engagement : communicate and collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and regulatory compliance. Health, safety, and environmental management : ensure safety of personnel and environmental protection in cross country pipeline operations. Business acumen : identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and manage client relationships. Qualifications

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech with 20+ years of experience in EPC cross country pipeline in Saudi Arabia. Seniority level
