Job Description As a Cyber Security Strategy Manager at Accenture in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in shaping the security posture of our clients by providing strategic advice and leading complex security transformations. You will work with senior stakeholders to develop security strategies that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement
Lead client engagements, manage relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct assessments to understand the client’s security environment, identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Strategic Planning
Develop comprehensive cyber security strategies tailored to the client’s industry, risk appetite, and business objectives.
Advise on governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
Security Transformation
Lead the design and implementation of security programs and initiatives.
Oversee the deployment of security technologies and practices to protect critical assets and data.
Thought Leadership
Stay abreast of the latest cyber threats, trends and technologies.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of new security offerings and methodologies.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of security consultants and analysts.
Foster a collaborative and high‑performance team environment.
Business Development
Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
Certifications Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
Skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing cyber security strategies.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality outcomes under pressure.
Familiarity with security technologies and solutions.
