Job description

قيادة وتطوير الإستراتيجية التسويقية للشركة، تعزيز العلامة التجارية، وزيادة الحصة السوقية والتواجد محليًا ودوليًا بما يدعم أهداف الشركة التوسعية.

الخبرات المطلوبة :

  • 8–10 سنوات خبرة في التسويق، منها 3–5 سنوات في منصب قيادي.
  • خبرة قوية في قطاع FMCG أو الصناعة.
  • خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة والعمل على عدة علامات تجارية وخطوط إنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات :

  • القيادة الإستراتيجية : وضع إستراتيجية تسويق متكاملة، قيادة بناء العلامة التجارية، وتحليل السوق والمنافسين.
  • إدارة العمليات التسويقية : الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة (ATL – BTL – Digital)، إدارة الميزانية، وقيادة إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.
  • التسويق الرقمي : إدارة الحملات المدفوعة، متابعة الأداء الرقمي، وتطوير المحتوى الرقمي.
  • إدارة الفريق : قيادة وتطوير فريق التسويق متعدد المهام، تحديد الأهداف وتقييم الأداء، تدريب الفريق.
  • تطوير المنتجات والسوق : دراسة سلوك المستهلك، تطوير خطط إطلاق المنتجات والتسعير، ودعم المبيعات بخطط Trade Marketing.
  • التنسيق والعلاقات : التنسيق مع المبيعات والإنتاج والمالية والجودة، وإدارة التواصل مع الوكالات ومزودي الخدمات.

    • المهارات المطلوبة :

  • قيادة قوية واتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية.
  • مهارات تحليلية عالية (Market Analysis – Data Driven).
  • إدارة مشاريع متعددة.
  • مهارات تفاوض وإدارة عقود.
  • إجادة الإنجليزية وMS Office وأدوات Analytics.
