Civil Inspector

The Civil Quality inspector shall maintain monitor and ensure highest Quality in services or products. Key accountabilities and activities are given below :

• Shall perform regular Quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products.
• Shall reject all products and materials that fail to meet Quality expectations.
• Shall be able to read plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Shall be able to measure product dimensions examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Shall be able to document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Checks the preparation of foundations.
• Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements.
• Checks the certifications regarding element mixes. LASTM test chemical analysis grain size analysis.
• Monitors atmospheric conditions during pouring operations correct curing operations.
• Checks the sampling operations (when required).
• Reviews the laboratory examination results.
• Checks sub-grade dry density moisture content compression strength test concrete pouring materials Quality (wire fitting etc.).
• Verifies special processes and the relevant workers qualifications.
