Business Development Executive - Saudi Arabia

Main responsibilities

• Drive new business development and expand our presence within the targeted industry sectors.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue leads to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop and sustain relationships with consultants, end users, EPCs, and key decision makers to influence specifications and secure long-term business.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Create and implement account plans and strategies to meet growth and revenue targets.
• Navigate local procurement cycles, regulations, and industry-specific challenges effectively.
• Stay informed about market trends, localization policies, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams within the Kingdom and with the Local Product Expert to align on customer needs.
• Regularly update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate customer and opportunity information.

Who are you?

We seek a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team in Saudi Arabia.

Ideally based in Riyadh, the candidate will be responsible for increasing our market presence and driving growth across key sectors including Construction, Power & Utilities, Defence, Railway, Mining, and Food & Beverage.

The BDE will be crucial in identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and boosting revenue through strategic customer engagement and market expansion.
