Role Overview The Partnership Director will drive Insider’s growth through forming and managing mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Insider’s Channel Partners (both Solution Partners and Technology Partners) in the MENA region (Middle East, Africa & India).
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, onboarding and customer success teams to execute GTM partnership strategies and programs that drive partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and business through and with channel partners (System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Full Service Consultancies & Managed Service Providers) in your region. You will also drive GTM activities with high-priority Technology Partners (ISVs) in the region. A thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem is required to ensure the GTM engine is primed to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
Responsibilities
Build a Solution Partner ecosystem (System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Full Service Consultancies, Managed Service Providers, and Independent Software Vendors) aligned with your region’s ideal customer profile and target accounts
Develop commercial relationships with Partners in the region
Collaborate with Partners to build joint value propositions
Ensure Insider sales & customer success teams in the region are enabled on the partner’s offering and the joint value proposition
Ensure partners’ sales & customer success teams understand Insider’s offering and the joint value proposition
Develop and manage business plans to drive business through and with partners
Collaborate with regional sales teams to support new acquisitions and expansion deals with the help of partners
Generate leads and manage pipeline generated through and with partners
Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider : Sales, Marketing, Onboarding & Customer Success
Leverage partners to continually enhance Insider’s brand recognition
Collaborate with regional field marketing to drive co-marketing activities at Insider events and sponsored trade shows
Work with Insider global offices to improve partnership practices, grow the partner portfolio, create GTM plans, and manage growth opportunities
Qualifications
BS / BA degree required
5+ years of experience in partner sales and business development; prior leadership experience in SaaS and managing relationships with digital agencies, consultancies, system integrators, and ISVs
High level of business acumen with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of Solution Selling and the value Partners bring to Insider’s growth
Strong ability to create high-quality, customer-facing content including presentations and datasheets
Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines
Experience managing executive relationships with partners (SIs, DAs, FSCs, MSPs, ISVs)
Ability to set clear targets with partners and develop plans to achieve them
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both large and smaller channel partners
Experience with B2B SaaS business model; experience in the marketing technology space preferred but not required
