Marketing Director

to lead our brand, communication, and growth marketing efforts across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will craft and execute strategies that amplify Manzil’s story, strengthen our market presence, and engage customers at every stage of their journey. Your leadership will be key in building a world-class marketing team and shaping how Manzil is perceived by clients, partners, and the broader community. Responsibilities

Develop and execute Manzil’s comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, offline, and experiential channels. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to ensure consistency and impact. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across content, performance, and communications. Drive demand generation campaigns that support sales and growth objectives. Oversee PR, events, and external communications to enhance brand visibility. Partner with product, growth, and sales teams to align marketing with company priorities. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and ROI. Represent the brand at key industry events and act as a spokesperson when needed. What You Bring

8+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3+ years in leadership roles. Proven success in

building and scaling marketing strategies

in fast-paced or startup environments. Strong background in brand building, digital marketing, and customer acquisition. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of growing teams. Strong communication and storytelling abilities in both
