Marketing Officer
to lead the development and execution of a dynamic marketing and communications strategy that enhances the school’s visibility, reputation and enrolment growth.
About the Role As
Marketing Officer , you will be the creative force behind our brand identity, digital presence, community outreach and promotional campaigns. You\'ll play a key role in shaping the public image of the school, increasing engagement with key audiences, and supporting enrolment goals. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong collaboration with leadership, staff, parents, and pupils.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with school goals.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels and materials.
Identify and engage key target audiences (local and international families).
Public Relations & School Promotion
Build strong relationships with local media, press, and educational partners.
Represent the school at public events, fairs, and networking opportunities.
Promote the school’s achievements, values and unique offerings.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Manage the school website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Create and curate engaging content (newsletters, videos, blog posts, case studies).
Monitor performance metrics and optimise digital outreach.
Community Engagement
Organise open days, campus tours, and promotional events.
Collaborate with staff, pupils and parents to showcase success stories and build trust.
Encourage pupil voice and family participation in marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, community expectations, and competitor activity.
Provide insights to keep the school ahead of marketing and education trends.
Admissions Support
Work closely with the Admissions team to deliver campaigns that drive enrolment.
Align marketing efforts with the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
Budget Management
Manage the marketing budget responsibly and report on campaign ROI.
Provide regular updates to the Headmaster and leadership team.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Preferred :
Master’s degree or professional certification in marketing / communications.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications.
Experience with digital marketing tools, event planning and branding essential.
Experience in an international school or education sector is a strong advantage.
Skills
Exceptional written and spoken English.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
