About the role Mid‑level Procurement professional. Carries out processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement, including RFQs / RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. Works with buyers in activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and / or services.

Key Responsibilities As a Procurement Associate, you’ll be responsible for :

Carries out processes and standards in support of Procurement, including RFQs / RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability.

Responds to relevant teams’ inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Works with buyers in activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services.

Prepare purchase orders and payment approvals to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.

Requirements We are looking for people who have the following :

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management

Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization

2 - 3 years prior relevant experience

Strong skills in developing and managing vendor relationship

Creating POs through SAP

PO Tracker updating

Send RFQ / RFP requests

Nice to have

Construction or HVAC experience / Experience in managing Subcontractors

Experience with Rate contracts
