ENGINEERING MANAGER – Machine Design & Industrial Solutions

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering-, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in machine design and equipment development, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Technical Skills :

  • Strong expertise in mechanical design principles, FEA analysis, and engineering calculations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Inventor, ).
  • Good understanding of industrial automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material selection.
  • Experience in project management tools and methodologies.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in designing solutions for CW-HW, automotive, or heavy industrial applications.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts and digital engineering tools.
