We are looking for a Saudi national Product Designer at Consultant level, only eligible candidates will be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Product Design : Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and low & high-fidelity visual designs
Ensure that designs meet user needs while aligning with business goals and technical constraints
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create seamless user experiences that balance design, functionality, and performance
User Research & Testing : Plan and conduct user research activities and usability tests, to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points to inform and iterate on design decisions
Use research insights to create user flows, customer journeys, and interaction flows that guide design solutions
Ensure designs are user-centric, accessible, and meet usability standards
Design Systems & Processes : Contribute to developing and maintaining a design system, including reusable UI components and design patterns
Work with the team to improve design workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration between designers, developers, and product teams
Document design decisions and processes to help build a solid design foundation for the team
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design efforts with product goals and timelines
Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations, prototypes, and design documentation
Participate in product discussions, bringing a design perspective to problem-solving and feature development
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to improve the quality of designs and efficiency of processes
Incorporate user, stakeholder, and team feedback to refine designs and deliver optimal user experiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both UX design and UX research

Experience in design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro; and other research tools

Experience in conducting user research, user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and running usability testing sessions

Knowledge of design systems, and experience contributing to or maintaining a design system

Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Required Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively

A flexible, adaptive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
