Your impact Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of large‑scale projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of local regulations and industry practices.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of each project in accordance with Jacobs’ high standards
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective decision‑making
Oversee project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and productive team performance
Monitor project performance, tracking milestones, deliverables, and key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients
Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and Jacobs quality management systems
Oversee procurement processes, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of resources and materials
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes
Lead project meetings and provide direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives
Manage project budgets, ensuring that financial goals are met and that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale projects in engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred
Strong experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
In‑depth knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate cross‑functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
