We are looking for a motivated Business Developer – Digital Transformation to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will drive our commercial growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value consulting opportunities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business growth plan across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
- Generate new leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into consulting contracts.
- Manage RFPs, RFQs, and vendor portal submissions (Etimad, NUPCO, Monsha’at, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements with the Digital Solutions team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and transformation leaders.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee deal closure processes.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports through CRM tools.
- Represent the company in conferences, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage renewals or ongoing engagements.

Skills
Proven track record in business development or consulting sales (3–6 years).Strong understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 and local procurement systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).Strategic and consultative selling approach.Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver within deadlines.Confidence in preparing and presenting proposals.Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
