Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage the company's online presence and reputation through proactive engagement and monitoring
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing materials and communications
- Plan and coordinate events, press releases, and public relations activities
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
- Lead and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleProven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communications strategiesStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platformsExperience with marketing automation and CRM systemsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to think strategically and analyticallyCreative problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience in brand management and public relationsKnowledge of Saudi Arabian market trends and cultural sensitivitiesAbility to adapt marketing strategies to the local business environmentFamiliarity with regional regulations and best practices in marketing and communicationsAdditional Information
