Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design phase of hotel projects, ensuring that design goals, timelines, and budgets are met Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution Review and evaluate design concepts, drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements Monitor and control project changes, risks, and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate any potential impacts Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in the design phase Prepare and present design progress reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients and senior management Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing design projects, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of hotel design principles, standards, and trends Proven track record of successfully delivering hotel design projects Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong leadership and project management abilities Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards Project Benefits
