Legal Counsel

with 3-4 years of experience to join our in-house Legal team. You will be a key legal advisor to the business, navigating complex legal issues and providing strategic counsel to support rapid growth and innovation. You will be at the forefront of the financial technology transformation in KSA and the region, shaping our business and growth globally in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and assist in developing template contracts based on business needs. Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise advice to internal stakeholders on a variety of legal and regulatory issues. Work with internal departments (product, engineering, finance, sales) to provide timely and practical legal guidance that supports business goals. Support the protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights. Support the incorporation and management of corporate affairs of the Group. Assist senior legal team members on strategic transactions, managing disputes, and handling business inquiries. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law. 3-4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in private practice. Ability to think strategically and provide legal advice aligned with business objectives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and willing to learn. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Details
