We’re Hiring : AR, Credit & Collections Manager

Location : Al Malaz – Riyadh | Sun–Thu, 9 AM–5 PM

Reports To : CFO

Now, they’re modernizing and centralizing their Accounts Receivable & Collections function at their Riyadh HQ, and they need a dynamic leader to drive this transformation.

The Role

They’re looking for an Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Manager to build and lead their newly established department. This is your chance to take ownership, shape policies, and guide a small but mighty team toward excellence. You’ll be at the heart of their financial health, ensuring smooth credit approvals, timely collections, and strong client relationships while keeping their cash flow solid.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of two junior collection specialists.
  • Oversee credit applications, set limits, and approve credit extensions.
  • Monitor receivables, minimize overdue balances, and keep cash flowing.
  • Build strong bridges between sales, finance, and clients to resolve issues.
  • Prepare clear reports on collections performance & credit risk for management.

Qualifications

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-5 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections management.
  • Strong leadership with proven team management skills.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities with clients.
  • Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Riyadh-based or in Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to Riyadh (on-site role).
