This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships across key markets such as the UAE, KSA, Barhain and Qatar in the field of events. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a proven track record in client liaison, the ability to accurately capture client briefs, and present our company’s services and credentials in a compelling and professional manner. Full-Time Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities across the Gulf region. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market dynamics. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for positioning and growth. Oversee the relevant procurement portals in the region. Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations. Presentation & Company Representation Deliver high-impact company presentations and pitch materials to potential clients. Represent the company with professionalism and authority during meetings, events, and industry forums. Ensure consistency and quality in all client-facing communications. Brief Management Receive, analyze, and interpret client briefs with precision. Collaborate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to develop effective proposals. Ensure clear and accurate internal communication of client requirements and expectations. Reporting Prepare regular (weekly, monthly and quarterly) reports on activities, pipeline status and revenue forecasts. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), deal values and client engagement metrics and trends. Present insights and performance updates to the Units Managers, making recommendations for course corrections or new initiatives. Maintain an up-to-date client database and ensure accuracy of all data inputs. Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) in business development, client relations, or sales within the events, media, production, or creative industries. Strong network in the Gulf region, with existing client connections in relevant sectors (e.g., government, luxury, cultural, sport, entertainment). Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead client meetings independently and confidently. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus. Willingness to travel across the Gulf region as needed. Why Join Us
