Functional Scope : Supply Chain Management (SCM), Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of integrations between SAP S / 4HANA and external systems (e.g., legacy systems, 3PLs, maintenance vendors, EAM tools).
• Define interface architecture for supply chain and MRO data flows (e.g., Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Movements, Equipment Master).
• Manage interface development using SAP PI / PO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including : iDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, REST / SOAP Web Services.
• Oversee technical specifications, mapping rules, error handling, and monitoring setup.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, especially in EAM, MM, and PM modules, to ensure accurate data synchronization.
• Own end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for SCM and MRO : Equipment Master, BOMs, Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Inventory Balances, Open Purchase Orders and Service Orders.
• Define data cleansing, transformation, validation, and enrichment rules.
• Use SAP Data Services (or SAP Migration Cockpit) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems.
• Drive data quality initiatives; coordinate with business teams for sign-offs on mock loads and final loads.
• Prepare and maintain data load plans, cutover strategies, and reconciliation reports.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology.
