Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of your assigned kitchen section.
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in proper culinary techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes leaving your section.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimise waste.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to quality.
  • Formal culinary training or qualifications would be advantageous.
