Overview

Delivery Supervisor – Review Distribution Manager job is to lead and coordinate with Distribution personnel, vehicle drivers, SSFL Pre-sellers, and Consumers to ensure supply of all day-to-day orders promptly. Submit billing acknowledgments to Financing before cutoff time, and send the daily, regular, and monthly trackers. The role contributes to Trick clients SL improvement. Responsibilities

Guarantee creating the daily shipment strategy after invoicing and share it with the 3PL group. Ensure 100% billing acknowledgment in coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and the 3PL group and send prior to the cutoff time on a weekly basis. Work closely with SSFL FLSLs to ensure deliveries occur promptly. Obtain calls related to distribution problems from distribution drivers or Pre-sellers and relay to SSFL FLSLs as well as ASMs. Collaborate with the sales group, Supply Chain, and the 3PL group to minimize legitimate returns to a maximum of 1%. Act as an intermediary between Pre-Sellers, dealers (Tarweej), and shipment drivers to resolve distribution-related issues. Confirm reasons for legitimate returns and re-delivery billings with Sales and Clients, leveraging DDR and pending billings reports. Handle immediate distributions with the Shipment officer if required. Monitor driver daily loads, identify mistakes, manage first drop, and ensure delivery times align with client expectations. Provide monthly SL reports by account / outlet / route and offer recommendations to improve processes, defining all reasons and concerns of valid returns to be settled and avoided in the future. Assist pilots and tests as needed. Qualifications

B.S. degree from an approved college. Degree in service management or comparable field. Group Leader must be highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and discussions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relationship-building skills and the ability to influence others. 3–4 years of experience in the field.
