Job Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets by presenting products professionally, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions in alignment with the company’s standards and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the showroom and identify their requirements through active listening and needs analysis. Present product features, specifications, and benefits with a focus on quality, price, and application. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales in line with company policies. Maintain detailed knowledge of product lines, promotions, and stock availability. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and showroom visual standards. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Record all sales transactions in the system accurately and on time. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the showroom. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery. Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi National preferred. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in
Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration . Minimum
2 years of experience
in showroom or retail sales (preferably in electrical, lighting, or plumbing sectors). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus). Fluent in
Arabic
and
English
(written and spoken). Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly sales target achievement. Conversion rate (visitors to buyers). Customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate. Product knowledge and upselling performance. Compliance with company sales and service policies. Seniority level
