Job descriptionConduct a comprehensive review of all project documentation, including technical drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction details relevant to inspection stages Prepare Inspection Reports (INR) with complete client and project information before site visits Establish client communication 24 hours in advance of scheduled inspections to coordinate timing and request required documentation Verify availability of current approved construction drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications On-Site Inspection Activities : Conduct detailed visual assessments of construction work and collect photographic evidence for all required inspection points as specified in INR checklists Verify construction compliance against approved drawings and technical specifications Identify and document construction deviations, including structural discrepancies, missing reinforcement, improper installation, and workmanship deficiencies Communicate identified deviations to clients during inspection and advise on required corrective actions Ensure all photographic evidence is properly catalogued and stored in designated project files Documentation and Reporting : Issue RD5 reports for major deviations requiring formal documentation and stakeholder notification Submit comprehensive daily reports to the project deliverables database via AppSheet Provide daily status summaries to the Team Leader via email, categorizing inspection outcomes and scheduling requirements Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspection activities and findings Client and Stakeholder Communication : Provide technical explanations and guidance regarding inspection requirements and compliance standards Coordinate revisit schedules when corrective actions are required Ensure timely notification to the Team Leader for major deviations requiring escalation Education : Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering Experience : Minimum 3 years in civil construction inspection Professional Registration : Current registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers Technical Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of construction practices, materials, and quality control procedures Construction inspection methodologies and best practices Quality control and assurance procedures training Health and safety protocols for construction site work Technical report writing and documentation standards Continuous professional development in construction technology and regulations Technical inspection reports (INR) Photographic evidence logs Daily activity reports Ability to work in various construction site environments, including adverse weather conditions Capability to navigate active construction sites safely, including climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, and working at heights Visual acuity for detailed inspection work and accurate assessment of construction quality Physical endurance for extended periods of field work Ability to carry inspection equipment and tools (up to 20 kg) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional client service orientation Problem-solving and critical assessment abilities Time management and organizational skills Adaptability to changing site conditions and schedules Integrity and commitment to quality standards English : Advanced proficiency required for professional communication and documentation Arabic : Proficiency preferred for enhanced client service and team communication Professional business communication expertise in both written and verbal formats Valid driving license and reliable transportation Proficiency in digital documentation tools and software applications Ability to work flexible schedules and respond to urgent inspection requirements Commitment to health and safety protocols and personal protective equipment usage Technical expertise in civil construction methods and materials Proficiency in engineering drawing, interpretation, and specification analysis Construction quality assessment and deviation identification Technical report writing and documentation skills Understanding of industry codes and standards (SBC, ASTM, ACI, local regulations) Professional communication and client service delivery Problem identification and resolution capabilities Management and Manufacturing Public Safety

- Pre-Inspection Planning and Preparation :
Monitor daily schedules and email communications for newly assigned site inspection activities
Execute comprehensive physical site inspections in accordance with established protocols and safety requirements
Prepare and issue appropriate inspection reports based on site conditions :
INR reports for compliant work or minor deviations corrected during inspection
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Qualification / minimum requirements (Education, work experience, other skills, etc.)
