BASIC FUNCTION : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within the logistics and supply chain industry. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their logistics needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective client. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
