About the Role
As a Waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and a refined dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering professional service in line with our luxury standards while representing Saudi hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
