Job Purpose

The Sr. Engineer Business Development for OT Cybersecurity is responsible for designing and implementing business growth strategies focused on delivering innovative and comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure. The role involves expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships with partners, and increasing revenue by providing advanced solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Key Accountability Areas

Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company’s market share in OT cybersecurity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs.

Stay updated on OT cybersecurity advancements, emerging threats, and market trends.

Prepare detailed reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Role Accountability

Design and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate cybersecurity solutions.

Develop customized solutions to address specific project site challenges and requirements.

Provide technical expertise and consultation to customers and pre-sales teams.

Prepare Bid Plans including strategy, resources, program, budget, cost estimation, role allocation, bid deliverables & responsibility matrix.

Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to stakeholders.

Support and present solutions at major cybersecurity events and explore potential vendor collaboration.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
