Quest Search & Selection is hiring a Retail Client Advisor for a renowned luxury brand in the fitness industry. We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Client Advisor with a genuine interest and a real passion for sport and wellness, who will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent in-store experience to the customers. Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to the clientele. Provide expert advice on product selection and styling to reflect the brand’s luxurious image. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest product lines, trends, and brand history to offer knowledgeable insights. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building. Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. Requirements

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
