Overview A leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that elevate employee performance and support long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute effective training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to various departments.
Coordinate and deliver engaging in-house training sessions and workshops.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent learning initiatives across the company.
Maintain training records, monitor progress, and report on KPIs related to learning and development.
Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
Proven experience designing and delivering training programs at various organizational levels.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in training software and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and cultural sensitivities is preferred.
