Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting the Senior Financial Controller across a broad range of corporate finance functions. This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with analytical, coordination, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to the integrity and efficiency of financial operations while supporting key initiatives such as financial planning and analysis, audits, reporting to shareholders, and finance digitalization.

Support in the preparation, analysis, and review of monthly and quarterly management reports and financial statements.

Assist in the coordination and preparation of external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support FP&A processes.

Prepare schedules and analyses related to shareholder reporting and corporate performance dashboards.

Assist in financial analysis to support decision-making on strategic initiatives, including cost control and performance optimization.

Data Collection & Alignment

Coordinate with department heads to gather key business drivers, operational plans, and assumptions to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Budget Development & Consolidation

Prepare and consolidate forecasts and budgets based on inputs from business units, incorporating trends, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Review & Communication

Facilitate cross‑functional review meetings to validate assumptions, address gaps, and finalize budget submissions, ensuring transparency and ownership across units.

Collaborate in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and digitalization projects, including automation initiatives and ERP enhancements.

Support the maintenance and reporting of balance scorecards across the business.

Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment on finance‑related projects, KPIs, and reporting needs.

Skills

Accounting and Financial Management : Broader knowledge in the generally accounting and auditing principles and international accounting practices and procedures on manual and automated systems.

Language : Limited knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar; Arabic is an advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

CMA / CPA / CA / ACCA qualification preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a corporate finance or audit environment.
