Senior Interface Manager

As a Senior Interface Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the communication and coordination between different stakeholders and project teams. Job Summary :

The Interface Senior Manager for these complex sites within the Speed Track is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating and overseeing all construction activities that intersect with the racetrack. This challenging position demands meticulous planning and seamless communication between various stakeholders to ensure that construction efforts do not disrupt the operational integrity and safety of the track. The Interface Manager must navigate the complexities of going over or under the F1 track for every construction need, requiring innovative engineering solutions and strict adherence to timelines. This role involves extensive collaboration with engineering, safety, and project management teams to mitigate risks and ensure that all interface points are executed with precision, making it one of the most challenging and critical projects within the Qiddiya development. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement interface management strategies and plans to ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
• Manage and track interface requirements, issues, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to resolve interface-related conflicts and ensure alignment between different project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and implement best practices for interface management.
• Monitor and report on interface performance metrics to ensure compliance with project requirements and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interface management or a related role.
• Proficiency in interface management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to interface management.
• Professional certifications in project management or interface management are a plus.
