Technical Senior Specialist - Creative Design (Theme Park) DB

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Specialist in Creative Design to oversee the thematic design and development of innovative theme park attractions. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of creativity and enhance visitor experiences in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead the creative design process for theme parks, from concept development to final execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions. Conduct research on industry trends to inform design decisions and enhance creative outcomes. Produce high-quality visual presentations and creative proposals for stakeholders and clients. Oversee production artwork, ensuring alignment with creative vision and quality standards. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance in creative processes and problem-solving. Maintain a strong focus on creating immersive experiences and storytelling through design. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative design, with a focus on theme parks or related entertainment projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design capabilities and production artwork. Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools. Excellent project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for theme parks and understanding of audience engagement through design.
