Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Lead multi-discipline engineering execution for all project phases (FEED, detailed design, construction support). Review and approve engineering deliverables (drawings, datasheets, material take-offs, technical queries, as-built documentation). Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, codes, and project specifications. Coordinate with procurement to develop technical evaluations and vendor pre-qualifications. Provide engineering support during construction, including site clarifications, design modifications, and interface resolutions. Manage and mitigate risks related to engineering deliverables and schedule impacts. Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization. Ensure alignment of engineering scope with contract requirements and project budget. Mentor and develop engineering staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with company policies. Represent the engineering function in project meetings, client reviews, and audits. Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related). Master’s preferred Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership / managerial role Proven track record of delivering projects with Saudi Aramco or similar clients Experience in brownfield and greenfield projects, pipelines, and process facilities
