Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development : Actively seek out and engage with potential clients, including cafes, supermarkets, and catering companies. You will present our extensive range of high-quality pastries, breads, and baked goods, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. You will understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the pastry and bakery sector.
Skills
Communication & Interpersonal Skills : The ability to build rapport and trust with clients, listen to their needs, and clearly articulate the value of the products. This is essential for nurturing long-term relationships.
Negotiation Skills : The representative must be able to discuss pricing, contracts, and order sizes to close deals that are mutually beneficial.
Sales & Business Development : They need to be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Proficiency build CRM system to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data is crucial for an organized and effective sales process.
Time Management & Organization : Juggling multiple clients, follow-ups, and administrative tasks requires excellent organizational skills to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
