Role We are seeking an experienced, dynamic professional to lead our front desk operations and serve as the senior point of contact for clients and visitors. This leadership role requires someone with proven supervisory experience who can mentor junior staff while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor reception team members
Oversee visitor management systems and security protocols
Oversee complex conference room scheduling and event planning
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor service delivery standards across all reception functions
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
