Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Specialist located in Al Khobar. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving guest inquiries and complaints, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with other departments, maintaining guest records, and promoting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication and Customer Experience capabilities
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to promote company offerings
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
