About the Client
We are a global payments technology company supporting a local bank in Riyadh.
Role : Technical Business Analyst
They are seeking a technical consultant with deep expertise in card processing systems to be embedded on-site with the team.
Tasks and Deliverables
High-level tasks may include (but are not limited to) :
- System support & enhancements : Work with the bank’s card management system (CMS) team to support day-to-day operations and recommend improvements
- Vendor coordination : Act as the liaison between the bank and external vendors to define, communicate, and oversee system changes
- Requirements gathering & documentation : Capture change requests from business stakeholders and translate them into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Implementation oversight : Support the rollout of CMS enhancements or new modules, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs
- Operational alignment : Partner with the bank’s card operations team to ensure system performance supports business objectives
- Testing & validation : Oversee or participate in system testing (UAT / SIT) to validate enhancements and changes

Detailed BRDs and change request documentationTechnical specifications and implementation notesVendor coordination reports and status updatesTest plans and validation reportsPost-implementation performance reviewsExperience
Experience in a bank’s card operations team or with a card processorKnowledge of card management systems – both technical and business sidesExperience in Card Management System (CMS) implementation projects – ideal, but not requiredExperience with writing clear BRDs and translating business needs into technical requirementsType : Full-time contractDuration : 6–12 monthsWorkplace type : OnsiteAuthorization : Applicants must be authorized to work in their country of residenceSeniority level
