Quantity Surveyor

to join our cost management team, focusing on pre-contract services for high-profile projects based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support cost planning, estimating, and procurement activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of pre-contract documentation and advice. Responsibilities

Pre-Contract Cost Management : Assist in the preparation of cost plans, elemental estimates, and feasibility studies. Support the development of tender documentation including BOQs, pricing schedules, and contract conditions. Conduct market research and cost benchmarking to inform estimates. Participate in value engineering and risk analysis exercises. Client & Consultant Coordination

Collaborate with design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions are integrated into project designs. Attend client and consultant meetings to provide cost input and updates. Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and project documentation. Support bid evaluations and tender analysis. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client requirements. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field. Must have MRICS. Minimum 8 years of experience with a focus on pre-contract services. Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred. Familiarity with local market rates, procurement practices, and construction regulations. Skills & Attributes
