Job Description

The Financial Strategy and Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives, and maintaining financial stability. This role involves creating short- and long-term financial plans, overseeing financial reports and analysis, managing cash flow, risk, and compliance, and fostering relationships with investors and stakeholders. The manager will also lead cost management initiatives and profitability improvements while guiding the financial team.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in financial management Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles, along with expertise in financial reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
