Partner with the best As a Quality Records Control Specialist, you7ll be the focal point for all QA / QC assessment for Oilfield business. Conduct qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis and provide corrective actions. Supporting QMS system by creating, editing and reviewing documents to be aligned with Baker Hughes global standards.
Responsibilities
Conducting qualitative risk assessments and root cause analysis and corrective actions, aligned to continuous improvement.
Using quality tools to monitor and improve processes, supporting QMS system according to Baker Hughes standards.
Engaging with internal auditing teams and participating in audits
Participating in improvement initiatives
Participating in tender & contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contracts
Conducting business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Company Core Values.
Qualifications
Have Industrial / Technical Diploma or minimum 5 year of equivalent experience in quality (oil and gas environment)
Have experience in Flow Assurance, Production Optimization product testing in oil and gas equipment
Preferably have experience in documentation.
Have good analytical skills with good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Have team player attitude
Have good understanding of quality systems and industry standards.
Have good quality control, calibration and business process modelling skills
