Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Performs aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Performs maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Conducts MNG training as required. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.QualificationsAssociate Degree or higher required.Qualified by a USG armed forces Rotary Wing aircraft mechanic maintenance course or civilian equivalent.Three (3) years’ experience in aviation maintenance.Graduate of a US Military aviation maintainers course or civilian equivalent training. Proficient in using computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft-related documentation. Proficient in MS Office software. Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.Possess a valid US-issued driver’s license and passport. Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire. At the Director’s discretions, a AH-6i familiarization course will be required if applicant is not an A&P, AH-6i, MD500 series, MH-6, OH-58 or AH-64 qualified mechanic. Medical Examination : Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.Criminal Record : To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.Drug and Alcohol Testing : Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment.
