Overview

Job Summary : We are seeking an innovative R&D Manager with extensive experience in construction chemicals or specialty chemicals manufacturing to lead our Research & Development team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in chemical product development, preferably from a reputable construction chemical company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D team in formulating, testing, and optimizing construction chemical products (e.g., adhesives, sealants, coatings, concrete additives).
• Drive innovation by developing new products and improving existing formulations to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, sales) to ensure seamless product commercialization.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and technological advancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) and environmental / safety regulations.
• Manage R&D budgets, timelines, and intellectual property (patents, trade secrets).
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
