Overview
The Compliance Supervisor will ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies while minimizing compliance risks. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of updates. Conduct compliance audits and investigations where required. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and filing of compliance activities. Deliver training sessions to raise awareness of compliance standards across the company. Act as the liaison with regulators and external auditors on compliance matters. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field (certification preferred – e.g., CCEP, CRCMP). 5+ years’ experience in compliance roles. In-depth knowledge of Saudi regulations (CMA, SAMA, etc.) and international compliance standards. Strong attention to detail and integrity. Excellent communication and advisory skills.
